Sunday Worship (every Sunday from 10:30 am)

Kudan Church holds its Sunday service every week at 10:30 a.m. in the chapel on the 2nd floor. The service lasts about an hour. Together, we turn our hearts to the words of the Bible and listen to God’s message through the pastor’s sermon.

Amid the sound of the organ and voices lifted in praise, we look to the wooden cross — a symbol of the Lord Jesus’ sacrifice at Golgotha — displayed above the pulpit, and we pray. Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month.

If you have children, you are welcome to participate in the service from the Parent–Child Prayer Room on the 3rd floor.

Children’s Worship (every Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.)

At Kudan Church, we hold a worship service for children — from infants to junior high school students — every Sunday from 9:30 a.m., lasting about 30 minutes. In small groups, we read the Bible, listen to Bible stories, and sing hymns together, learning about Jesus Christ and the love God has for us.

By quieting their hearts and worshiping God, children learn to see themselves as blessed and to grow in a spirit of gratitude.

This program is open to all children — not only those from Christian families, but also children living nearby, attending mission schools, or planning to enroll in one in the future.

Although designed for children, the church school welcomes parents to join in as well. You can enjoy this time together as a family and use it as an opportunity for parent-child communication.

The church is a place where people of all generations gather. Parents and guardians are encouraged to participate and connect with others through the many activities and events we hold.

Omusubi-kai (Bible Reading & Fellowship)(2nd Sunday of the month, 12:30 p.m.-1:00p.m.)

This is a time of Bible study and fellowship where church members, newcomers, and visitors gather together.
Each time, participants take turns reading the Bible, after which the pastor offers a message explaining the Scripture. Afterwards, everyone enjoys fellowship over rice balls (onigiri), sharing conversation in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

Whether you are opening the Bible for the first time, wanting to learn more about the Christian faith, or preparing for baptism, you are welcome to join us — any time, from any stage in your journey.

Bible Study 3rd Sunday of the month, 12:00 p.m.–1:30 p.m.

Once a month, the church hosts a Bible Study Group. Together with other participants, we read one chapter of the Bible carefully, taking time to listen to God’s Word.

📖 How it works:

  • Participants take turns reading the Bible aloud, one verse at a time.
  • The pastor provides explanations and insights into the passage.
  • At the end, we have an open time for questions, comments, and sharing reflections about the Scripture.

Whether you are new to the Bible or have been reading it for years, you are warmly welcome to join us. Let’s spend a heartwarming time together.
